Wings Staff

Wings Nursery School has developed over the last 15 years from a group of 12 children and 3 staff to 2 nurseries, 55 children and 12 staff. Wings Nursery St Margarets is based in the ETNA Centre in Rosslyn Road and accommodates 20 children. Teachers move between the two nurseries giving a wide variety of skills to all our children. We have a minimum of five teachers in the nursery each day.

Wings Nursery Richmond at the St Matthias Centre is managed by Ann Mayer who is Montessori trained. Ann is a married mum of two very grown up children and lives in Twickenham. Ann can be reached on 07956611504 or by e-mail at wingsnursery@hotmail.com. Ann is at St Matthias every day.

Gill Doling is Deputy Manager of the nursery. Gill has a B.Ed(Hons)degree and works with the older children in the pre-school room. She spends much of her time at St Matthias as she is also Reader in the Team Ministry. Gill lives in Richmond. She is in the nursery four mornings each week.

Barbora Bamberger has NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and introduces younger children to numbers and letters. Barbora is married and lives in Richmond. She is in the nursery every morning.

Susie Harvey Taylor has NVQ Level 2 in Childcare and is a mum of two boys at secondary school. Susie lives in Twickenham and is in the nursery Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Sam Hazell has the NVQ Level 2 in Childcare and provides creative experiences for the children. Sam lives in Richmond with her partner, three children, their puppy Neo, cat and lizard! She is with us twice a week.

Rebecca Hooper has the NNEB qualification and is with us on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Rebecca lives in Whitton but is in Richmond each day as a busy nanny to two boys.

Debbie Humphreys has the NVQ Level 2 in Childcare. Debbie supports the childnens' creative work. She lives in Barnes with her partner, two teenage boys and Chewit the dog. Debbie is in the nursery on Tueasdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Rebecca Oberoi is our visiting music teacher. She provides a gentle introduction to music and movement using puppets, percussion instruments and guitar. We entertain parents and carers at the end of each term with a short performance devised by Rebecca. Music time is every Monday in two half hour sessions.

Marianne Tibbs has the NVQ Level 2 in Childcare. She lives in Richmond with her husband, twin children and lively dog Rio. Marianne has responsibility for Special Needs. She is in Richmond on Wednesdays and St Margarets on Thursdays.

Charlotte Allen lives in Ham with her family. She came to the nursery for work experience and joined the staff in September. Charlotte has special responsibility for the new younger children. She works all week but attends our Twickenham nursery on Tuesdays.
